Hi everyone!
My name is Sarah, I’m 37 years old and a mother of three wonderful children. I live in Zemst, and thanks to this central location I can support births throughout most of Flemish Brabant, Brussels, and Antwerp. I am currently completing my training with the Flemish Federation of Doulas and still have one discounted spot available to complete my final internship support.
I hope to guide couples through pregnancy and the birth process so they can make informed choices and look forward to the big day with confidence and excitement. I support both home births and hospital births, with or without an epidural—every family is unique, and I love helping you discover what feels right for you.
With my scientific background as an engineer, I value facts and evidence that often confirm the logic behind birth practices. At the same time, I deeply respect a woman’s intuition and the power of mindset and positive energy.
I’m enthusiastic, approachable, empathetic, creative, steady when needed, and calm when things take a different turn. I’d love to meet and see whether we’re a good fit. And although I’m quite talkative, I’m also very attuned to the energy in a room and able to create and maintain calm when needed.
